About Me

Throughout his 9 years of experience in real estate, Sito had grossed over a million in commissions & assisted more than thousands of clients in their real estate transactions. It’s no surprise that he had and still is flourishing in his real estate career, reason
being that he started out in this industry in other real estate companies before eventually stepping into PropNex.
Garnering so much experience and knowledge prior to entering PropNex became an advantage for him and fast-
tracked him towards success. In addition, preceding all that, Sito had worked in the sales industry, managed
accounts in a design firm, as well as in a bank. Being well-rounded became a huge asset in his real estate career.

Like how everyone has exceptional days and crummy days, the same goes for this dedicated and perceptive
professional. In spite of hurdles and adversities, Sito practises the principle of letting it go and moving on. Early on
in his real estate career, he was in a predicament: he was undercut and was left hanging. “Just move on. You
meet all sorts of people, so you’ve got to face it,” explained Sito. With trials, one becomes wiser. He learnt from
this type of circumstances, to have a way of learning from difficulties, so as to re-emerge wiser and stronger.
Honesty goes a long way in Sito’s book. He believes that the real estate business is not just for the purpose of
selling houses, but also to forge lifelong relationships with his clients by being a friend more than a salesperson. “I
don’t sales-talk in the sense, meaning I don’t just keep telling them that this is good or that is good, but I show
them the facts. If I can’t convince myself, then I can’t sell to my client,” Sito disclosed. By being upfront and
transparent with his clients, he fosters and builds a lasting connection with them through mutual trust.
